E-Forms
Currently in deployment Version 2.0, E-Forms is an Electronic Field Data Collection
suite of tools to facilitate the collection and communication of field data.
E-Forms as a standalone product is a multifaceted field data collection tool that allows
for the easy collection of field data in a standard XML format that can then be synchronized
with a centralized server and parsed into any standard database. Careful consideration
has gone into the E-Forms package to make it look, feel, and operate like Microsoft outlook,
so that even the most novice of users can feel comfortable utilizing the application.
The application is self managing through the use of automatic updates, and with the
ability for supervisory staff to make adjustments to the flow of reports and forms
within the application. E-Forms is not vendor specific, so it can be used to
gather information for a variety of systems.

E-Forms Mobile
E-Forms Mobile is a light weight version of E-Forms that allows for users to utilize
the E-Forms application on handheld devices running Microsoft CE and Mobile versions.
EForms mobile is a perfect solution for field supervisors who need to fill in a few
quick notes and have the forms synched with the office. E-Forms Mobile also has the
ability to snap a quick picture to attach to the report. Of course, the reports and
forms can also be modified centrally, and updated when the user synchronizes.

Reporting
The reporting interface is a server side solution that allows users to query and approve
uploaded reports, and upon approval when reports are merged with the production database,
users can access all information in one easy to user interface. Whether your data resides
in Oracle, SQL Server, Access or XML, these remote data sources can be brought together by
the user in one simple to use interface. Users can simply select the data source, select
the common fields, and data will be joined and presented in the reporting interface as if
it were one table. The reporting interface is the final stop for Electronic forms that
have been gathered in the field and allows users to tie field reports to other asset management
systems to help manage the integrity and costs of the complete enterprise.
